Invitation to Workshop "The Higg Index - A Practical Guide for Textile Enterprises"

Dear Valued Members,

In order to guide Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises in the orientation of sustainable development after the Covid-19 epidemic, adapting to the changes in consumer market and brand requirements, Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) cooperates with the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and Bureau Veritas CPS Organization, the Workshop "The Higg Index - A Practical Guide for Textile Enterprises" will be held with main contents: (i) Importance of sustainability and compliance after the  Covid- 19 epidemic (ii) Sustainable development orientation from brands (iii) Higg Index practice guidelines from Bureau Veritas experts.

Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City

Time: 08:30 – 16:00, Wednesday, 8th July, 2020

Venue: Liberty Central Saigon, 59-61 Pasteur St., Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi MinhCity

Workshop in Hanoi

Time: 08:30 – 16:00, Friday, 10th July, 2020

Venue: Vietnam Trade Union Hotel, 14 Tran Binh Trong Street, Hanoi

The workshops will have experts from SAC, Bureau Veritas. The program is supported by WWF Sustainable Textile Program, so there is no fee for the participants.
