Survey to review regulations on Cooperate Environmental and Social Responsibility from brands

In the framework of the cooperation between  Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) and IDH Vietnam on the establishment of a Sustainability Committee on Textile and Garment Industry in Vietnam, VITAS and IDH will collaborate with a researcher from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, to conduct a study to review regulations on Corporate Environmental and Social Responsibility from Brands as well as from the Government of Vietnam. We hope this study can contribute to the development of Policy Recommendations to synchronize international brands' requirements and national policies to make it easier for textile and apparel manufacturers to comply with regulation and to negotiate with brands to apply one synchronized Code of Conduct.
