King of composite elastic yarn
Sales records from 2008 showed the Company that customers of the denim industry prefer their jeans to be more comfortable and wearable. Through two years of internal meetings, discussions, communication, coordination, and constant modifications, the Company developed researching products with technicians and communicated with customers through sales. The Company ultimately produced a composite elastic yarn recognized by customers as reliable and of high quality. Due to continuous market demands, the Company has gradually increased its composite elastic yarn production capacity. The monthly yield has reached 2,000 tons, thus giving the Company a leading role in Taiwan.
From Polyester to Nylon 
Innovative Management Mode
The rapidly-growing market of polyester composite elastic yarn has been quickly followed by nylon composite elastic yarn. Processing nylon fiber is more difficult than polyester fibers, so the output rate is lower. Its lifespan is also lower. The Company has developed and researched a SOP that differs from other yarn-processing production management by comprehensively managing and coding the entire process from purchase, supply, production, and quality control to sales and shipment. Any disparity detected within a machine is immediately fixed. This new management technique has significantly increased the yield rate and quality of the product while reducing its abnormality rate to ultimately achieve greater customer satisfaction.

Our eco-friendly LEMTT process is to go higher automation to save the labor force (L), to reduce electricity consumption to save the energy (E), to decrease the use of cartons (M=material) to lower paper usage, to lessen the times of transportation (T) to decrease oil consumption, to shorten the working hours (T=time) to achieve better work-life balance.

Magic Yarn product description
1. Snowflake series: Created from various compound materials with elastic effects, the yarn also has vivid double colors after being dyed. The result is like snowflake / smoky cloud with color striking contrast.
Uses: Plain weave - casual wear, jackets, sports jackets
Knitted - leotards, outdoor athletic wear, bike wear
2. Smoky cloud series: Created from various compound materials with elastic and striping effects, the yarn has vivid double colors after being dyed. The result is like smoky cloud and with color striking contrast.
Uses: casual wear, coats, pants
3. Ultra Thin series: Created from high-technology manmade fibers and precise false twist techniques, the yarn is silk-like, ideal for light, thin, and transparent weaving. It also has elastic properties.
Uses: pants, shirts, athletic wear for men and women, casual wear, trench coats
4. Green recycle Series: Keeping in mind environmental protection and energy saving, as well as its social responsibility, the Company uses RECYCLE-POY produced by Hung Chou Fiber Industrial Co. to produce GRS-certified yarn. With these fibers, the Company produces yarn with a variety of specifications and recycles more plastic materials to reduce the burden on the environment.

5. Functional series: Created from previous quick-dry profiled fibers from Shinkong Synthetic Fibers Corporation’s CoolTouch Thermo® and Chung Shing Textile Co.’s Cool plus®, the Company adds elastic materials to this yarn during processing. Therefore, it is quick-drying, light, warm, elastic, and well-fitting and ultimately feels more comfortable.
Uses: Athletic outerwear, underwear
6. Magic Elastic Yarn Series: In addition to the original man-made fibers, elastic materials are added to the yarn to improve the product’s hand feel, making it softer and more comfortable.
Uses: clothes, pants, furnishings, outdoor goods, outdoor casual wear, athletic casual wear, shoe materials
