In order to guide Vietnamese enterprises to sustainable development orientation,  Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), Sustainable Alliance Coaliation (SAC), TAL Group, The World Wild Fund (WWF), SGS will organize the Seminar “Higg Index - Evaluation of Brands and Support from SAC”-  Sharing the vision of sustainability development of the textile & garment industry for Vietnamese enterprises with the following main topics:

o   The importance of sustainability and compliance/ guidance from Brands

o   Present the rationale for textile sector to transit to a sustainable pathway, contribution comments to Draft Strategy Development for Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry

o   Best discount of Higg Facility Environmental Module Verification (vFEM) from Qualified verification organizations (SGS/TUV-SUD/Bureau Veritas, …) for Vitas members 

o   Support from SAC on understanding FEM content for Vitas members

o   Sharing experiences from Vietnam enterprises

  The Seminar will bring together representatives from government officials, SAC experts, international organizations, famous brands and industry enterprises to introduce above mentioned matters.
