On September 23, at the representative office of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - Vice Chairwoman of VITAS, along with textile and garment enterprises, held a working and trade networking session with the Delegation of Russian Federation textile and garment enterprises. The event opens up many prospects for cooperation in the supply chain, from finished product outsourcing to the supply of raw materials and accessories.

"In just the first 8 months of 2026, the export turnover of Vietnam's textile and garment industry recorded an impressive figure of 32 billion USD, growing by 3% compared to the same period in 2025. This result comes from flexible strategies, business acumen, and strong advancements in green transformation and comprehensive digitalization." That was shared by Mr. Vu Duc Giang - Chairman of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS).

On September 18, at the Representative Office of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Vu Duc Giang - Chairman of VITAS, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - Vice Chairwoman and Head of the VITAS HCMC Representative Office, held a working session and awarded the membership certificate to Toray International Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Toray).
