Dear Leaders of Textile Enterprises,
To implement the National Trade Promotion Program approved by the Minister of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 2926/QD-BCT dated December 24th, 2021, the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) will organize a working group attend Premier Vision Paris France 2022 Fair in combination with survey and trade promotion in the French market with the following specific contents:
1. Objectives:
Premier Vision Paris fair is an annual event that brings together creative fashion professionals, held twice a year. The exhibition showcases the products of more than 1500 exhibitors from around the world in the field of fashion materials and services with a diverse, selective and creative sourcing of materials. Premier Vision Paris is an internationally renowned exhibition, with over 70,000 visitors coming to discover the latest trends and sourcing. With a wide range of products on display such as yarn, fabric, leather and fur, design motifs to accessories, and quality costumes from selected garment supply companies, ect at Premier Vision Paris customers find everything they need for their fashion collections.
After two years of participating in the Fair, the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association realized that this is really a prestigious and prestigious fashion event, especially suitable for the potential of Vietnamese enterprises. The program of organizing the delegation to attend Premier Vision Paris Fair France 2022 aims to continue stable and long-term trade and cooperation with the EU market, creating opportunities for Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises to continue approach, meet potential customers, access a diverse supply of raw materials, learn about consumer trends, fashion trends in the French and EU markets
2. Scale: the number of units attending the booth is 10 to15 enterprises
3. Official time: From 5th – 7th July 2022
4. Location: Paris Nord Villepinte, Paris, France
5. Categories: Textile – Fashion – Fashion Materials. The official website of the Fair is www.premierevision.com
6. Participants:Textile and garment manufacturing and trading enterprises, of all economic sectors, legally established under Vietnamese law, with priority given to enterprises having SA 8000 certificate, enterprises being members of the Textile Association May Vietnam.
7. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises:
- The enterprise meets the criteria (6)
- Enterprises have the capacity to do export goods, FOB goods
- Attendees have good professional and foreign language skills (English, French)
8. Costs
- Support from the State: 100% of the cost of renting the booth, a part of the cost of decoration, propaganda, export promotion, inviting guests to visit and trade at the fair.
- Expenses Enterprise must pay when participating in the program: 100% of other expenses such as immigration, meals, accommodation, travel, travel; 100% of costs related to sending goods, fees for using services at the fair such as service fees for renting more equipment, cleaning, etc. (incurred at the fair, if any)
9. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program: Fully comply with the rules of the Organizing Committee
10. Requirements for application documents to participate in the program:
1) Business registration certificate (copy of the original with seal of the unit)
2) Application form to participate in the Program (according to organizer's form)
3) Decide to send personnel to participate in the program of the enterprise.
4) Brochure/catalogue of the business (in English)
5) Copy of valid passport of the participant with 4 portrait photos 3.5x 4.5cm, white background
11. Deadline for participation registration: before April 12nd, 2022.
